• The word limit is 300 words (maximum number of characters is 2,500) and all abstracts must be written in English.
• Authors will be asked to indicate if they wish to be considered for an oral presentation and / or poster presentation.

Conference Themes
2010 provides us with a privileged observatory for the 3rd Millenium challenges to agricultural sciences and biosciences. Ethical and legal issues related to the food security, animal welfare as well as the prevention of food born diseases are going to be, among others, the object of cross-disciplinary reflection and debate in the 9th EurSafe Congress.
These questions and many more will be examined under the Congress sub-themes:

Abstracts should address one of the defined conference themes or a specific aspect of the ethical dimensions of food and agriculture.
Publication of Congress Papers:
All full papers will be included in the Congress book which is published by Wageningen Academic Publishers (unless otherwise requested). The Congress book will be distributed to all delegates at the start of the conference.
